1. Information We Access (Real-Time Only)

The App requires access to the following hardware features to function. This data is processed in real-time only and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

• Camera: Accessed to process video streams during use. No images or videos are saved to your device or uploaded to any servers.
• Microphone: Accessed to process audio streams during use. No audio data is recorded, stored, or transmitted.


2. Information We Collect and Store

To help you track your progress, the App collects and stores a limited amount of usage data in the cloud:

• Practice Logs: We save your user preferences (Settings drawer) and dates and times of your sessions.
• Storage: This data is stored in a secure Cloud Firestore database on Firebase (a cloud-based data platform).


3. Data Storage and Cloud Processing

To help you track your progress and sync across multiple devices, the App collects and stores a limited amount of usage data in the cloud:

• Cloud Storage: We store your user preferences (Settings drawer) and dates and times of your sessions in a secure Cloud Firestore database on Firebase. No other data (eg: images, videos) is stored in the cloud.
• Personal Identifiers: We collect user email addresses to facilitate sign-in (Apple, Google, or email) but otherwise do not collect names, email addresses, or device IDs.


4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or trade any user data with third-party companies, advertisers, or analytics providers. Your usage data stays on your device.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Practice logs remain in our Cloud Firestore database, associated with your Apple, Google, or email account, unless you contact us requesting to purge them.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children. Since we do not store camera or microphone data, we ensure a high level of privacy for all users.
